Windows handle fell off repair

I need a tradesperson to repair or replace a broken window handle. The handle has come off completely from the window frame/locking mechanism, so the window cannot be opened/closed properly. The handle appears to be an older metal/aluminium style window handle, and the fixing/lock mechanism may also need checking or replacing. Photos attached show the handle and the part on the window frame. Looking for someone to supply and fit a suitable replacement handle, and make sure the window opens, closes, and locks securely again. Please provide availability and estimated cost. Thank you.
