We are looking for someone to carefully demolish and clear three existing structures: an existing garage, conservatory and log store.
Scope of works
1. Conservatory
The conservatory is timber framed and sits on a stone wall with a concrete oversite.
The timber frame, glass and concrete oversite are to be removed and disposed of.
The existing stone is to remain on site and be carefully stacked in the garden for future reuse.
2. Garage
The garage is constructed with masonry walls built between the two neighbouring properties and has a flat roof with cement fibre boards.
The garage structure and roof are to be demolished and disposed of.
The stone is to remain on site and be stacked in the garden for future reuse.
The existing concrete oversite/slab is to be left in place.
3. Log store
The log store is a brick and stone-built structure with a flat roof.
The roof, brickwork and concrete oversite are to be removed and disposed of.
Any stone is to remain on site and be stacked in the garden for future reuse.
General requirements
All reusable stone is to be carefully salvaged and stacked neatly in the garden.
All other materials are to be removed from site and legally disposed of by the contractor.
Contractor to allow for all labour, tools, plant, waste removal and disposal costs.
Care will be required due to the age and nature of the property and the proximity of neighbouring structures.
