Looking for a decorator to carry out finishing/touch-up work in a partially renovated detached detached house.
Work required:
* Sand, prepare and repaint upstairs hallway skirting boards and door frames in white (satin or gloss finish).
* Repaint sections of white skirting and architraves where grey wall paint has accidentally marked the woodwork and where previous painting is patchy.
* Touch up downstairs hallway door frames and skirting boards to achieve a clean, uniform white finish.
* General snagging and tidying of existing white woodwork throughout the property to achieve a professional finish.
* No full room painting required.

There are additional skirting boards, door frames and touch-up areas around the property beyond those shown in the photographs, so decorators should expect a larger amount of similar snagging work overall rather than just the specific areas pictured.
