Install peep hole, door chain and inside door locking mechanism

1) install peep hole in inside flat door 2) install chain on door 3) adapt locking mechanism so that door can be locked inside without key

Change door handles and lock

Need 3 internal door handles changed (both sides of each door), plus one internal mortice sashlock repaired or replaced. The door is currently locked shut and we can't open it - the key goes in but won't turn or operate the lock. Also need a security chain fitted to the front door. Happy for you to supply the replacement handles/lock.

Replace garage lock

Can't find the key. Its unlocked. Looking for it to be taken out and replace. Pretty sure have the replace lock here as well Ideally done next week as moving out

Fix Front Door (lock/latch issues)

(Note: we got in and the door is locked overnight) We couldn't get the key to turn in the the lock from the outside. Once we got in (through a window), the handle wouldn't go all the way down. Eventually we got the door open from the inside, but the latches that engage when we pull the handle up, don't always fully retract when we push the handle back down. Construction is either uPVC or Composite, not 100% sure.
