Full silicone render front and back needed. Mid-terrace 1900’s.
Circa 60sqm render overall (front and back), large windows all round so likely more beading than standard - guess at 40/50m.
Front currently painted brick so will need gritting.
Previous rear render has already been removed.
Materials have been priced already with building suppliers so aware of some costs and can be bought in advance for you.
