Sort out a leaky valve and water pressure issue

I have a very small leak coming from a valve but also have a water pressure issue ie 2 showers running at the same time slows the water flow and if you flush a toilet.

Fireplace Removal

I’m looking for someone to remove the fireplace in my lounge. As you will see in the attached photos, the actual fireplace has been disconnected and removed. The gas supply has also been capped off. We require all the bricks removed, the hole insulated and plasterboard fitted. Then skimmed over. I’m hoping this can be done without too much impact to the floor. Replace gas cooker, hood and splashback

I have bought a new 90cm gas/oven. I need a gas safe engineer to remove the old cooker and install the new one. I also need the old extractor hood removed and new hood installed. I also need the old steel splashback removed and new glass splashback installed. I have purchased the items (cooker, splashback and hood). I just them all fitted. I have uploaded an image of my old items. The new items will go in exactly the same place.
