Install a new inset electric fire in chimney breast
Gas fire removed and gas already capped off. We have an inset electric fire in mind which is slightly smaller than the hole in the wall but which has more than enough space for the inset rebate (only 165 mm required). The hole in the wall is 795mm wide by 530mm height by 365 mm deep. We’re looking to get quotes for having a gas fire removed and the chimney/flue capped so that we can add shelves into the space that’s left. No time frame, very flexible on start date
