We are seeking quotations from experienced loft conversion builders for owned freehold upstairs maisonette in Acton W3.
### Project Overview
We are planning a loft conversion with an L-shaped rear dormer and roof terrace, creating approximately **40m² of additional living space**.
We are currently considering two possible layouts:
**Option 1**
* Main bedroom with ensuite
