Utility room needs tiling.
I think it’s about 6-7 sq meters
It’s recently been renovated so the floor should be level.
I am thinking ordinary floor tiles from B&Q or Wickes.
I would like a straight forward quote for the work. To fit and cut the tiles if I provide the tiles. I have in mind grey grout. I can supply that too.
There might be a little work to move kick boards and a piece of skirt out the way and then put back. It’s already been taken off in anticipation of tiling.

Hi there,I’m looking for a tiler for a repair job in our bathroom shower cubicle, with potential for further work.
Job Details:Area: Shower cubicle (approx. 3 square meters) + shower area walls.Tile Specs: Standard white tiles, approx. 14cm times 15cm on the walls and white tiles.
Work required: Replace a couple of broken white tiles and re-grout the shower area.
Alternative Option: We are open to replacing all the tiles if that proves to be a cleaner and better looking option. We'd welcome your advice on this.
Future Work:We also have a kitchen area that will need tiling in the near future, so we’d love to find someone we can work with on both projects.Please let me know your availability and estimated quote, or if you’d like to drop by to assess the job.
