Replacement flat roof on extension
Roof needs full replacement. 7.4m by 2m with a roof light that’s 2m x 1m. Currently grp and leaking in a few spots, likely disintegrated underneath. Suspect it’s a cold roof but with no ventilation.

Leak from flat section of roof
We discovered a leak from the flat part of our roof today after the slight rain. Possibly the heat/sun may have warped the membrane on the roof. (There were no problems in the wet winter!). I think it's a bitumen membrane but I'm not 100% sure. I attach pictures (it's the section on the left of the roof terrace, which our neighbour built and then removed due to leaks). The set-up of the building is a bit unusual. There is a flat part (on the street side) and then a pitched roof. Access is possible with a ladder through the skylight inside, or from a ladder on the street.
Repair/replace existing mineral felt with same or rubber. Quotes pls
Area roughly 7 x 5 metres. Leaking in two areas with underwood chipboard swollen.
EPDM roof cut short
Had an epdm roof installed, the fitter cut the membrane too short and it won't stay in the edging clamp. The company that fit it won't answer call or messages.
It needs a self adhesive strip adding and reclamping.
