Bathroom renovation and kitchen extension

I own a 2-bedroom terraced property that my mum lives in. I am looking for someone to renovate the bathroom and extend the kitchen to create a kitchen/dining room at the back of the property to within permitted development. There is currently a make-shift conservatory at the back that would need removing. I would need assistance with designs, getting third-party agreements in place (if required) and managing the project/sourcing contractors. The bathroom space is small and is in the centre of the first floor with no natural light, so I want to make the most of the space and the light. There is currently a bath and shower over the bath but we need easier access with a walk-in shower or something similar.
