I want you to build a extension with the bathroom.
I'm looking to make my downstairs WC slightly longer and convert it into a wet room.
The type of layout I'm after is very simple:
Toilet
Small wall-mounted basin
Handheld shower
Bidet/jet spray next to the toilet
Fully tiled walls and floor
No shower tray
No shower cubicle, screen or doors
Floor sloped towards a drain in the floor so water runs away naturally
Fully waterproofed/tanked room
The whole room should be able to get wet when showering, similar to an accessible wet room.
The current WC room is approximately 2.62 ft wide and 5 ft in length.
I plan to increase the length to around 7 to 8 ft while keeping the same width.

New Porch Built
