No hot water, spanner icon on cylinder display, ASHP system.

No hot water, spanner and eye icon flashing on hot water cylinder. The flat is part of a block, each flat has an ASHP in the car park under the block of flats and a Daikin hot water tank inside the flat which feeds heating and hot water. Display on cylinder says "CO" and also has a spanner icon and a flashing eye icon - which isn't usual. Cylinder was turned on and off and hot water came back on again, but then these same icons came back and no more hot water. This is a rented property and has deaf tenants living there who don't speak English so a little more care and attention are required on this job.
