Replace shattered glass panel on conservatory
My tenant told me the toughened glass panel “randomly smashed”. It’s shattered into a million pieces. It’s a double glazed panel and only the outside has shattered.
I’ve been round to take some measurements. Glass is 800mm wide x 980mm high. Thickness is approximately 33mm but hard to measure. The beads are on the outside on the window.
Including the beads the measurement is 84cm wide x 101.5cm high
Looking for quotes to supply new window. Replace. And get rid of the old one.
Will need a receipt for tax purposes.
No chancers please. I’m not expecting it done for free but I’m a 20 year tradesman and know what things cost. Cheers

4 Window Bay to be UPVC around the edges and bottom only going over the concrete. Also trims required underneath felt to hide wood batten. Also wood battens are loose & need strong glue so it sticke down. Concrete has cracked in multiple areas.
