House Martin nest-divert fitting.
I have house martins starting to build nests on both sides of my house, right at the gable. I need someone to clean bits of clay and fir a nest-divert (two sheets of acrylic).
2-storey house in Malmesbury's Filands View development.
I am attaching the photo of the front (Rear is the same but with render) and the nest-divert info.
I should have the nest-divert before the weekend.
Replace soffit fascia and guttering
Need old soffit and fascia replaced and old gutter and downpipe replaced on back of house and a small bit on the side
Fascia board replacement
I have a bungalow with rotten wooden fascia boards that need full replacement with uPVC. The existing boards are badly deteriorated with holes through the wood, peeling paint, damp and rot throughout.
Not sure if capping or full removal and replacement is required.
We currently have scaffolding already erected at the property, so access to the roofline is easy and ready to go. This should help keep costs down.
The property has solar panels fitted along the roofline and bird/pigeon netting under the panels which will need to be worked around carefully.
The guttering is old black cast iron style and may also need replacing at the same time — happy to discuss with tradespeople.
