Ridge & Hip Tile Repointing (Easy Access)
I would like to get a quote for a roof repair at my property in OL6 6PX.
The mortar bedding under the ridge and hip tiles is crumbling and needs attention. I am looking for a mortar repointing repair to fill and seal the loose/damaged areas.

Repointing/full dry ridged system replacement quote.
I noticed pieces of mortar in my garden. Upon checking my loft I could see daylight coming in through the hip of the roof. My friend is a house surveyor and came and took some pictures of the roof.
He advised that we need:
1) repointing of hip/ridge tiles
2) replace broken/eroded tiles.
3) Chimney - lead flashing lifted and vegetation growth to rear to be removed
Could you take a look and do me a quote? Also, can you give me a quote including a full dry ridge replacement.
Replace 1960s style hanging / facing tiles
See the attached photo. There are 2 options you can quote me for.
1) Either fix and replace 1-4 of these old 1960's style hanging tiles.
2) Replace these tiles altogether with anthracite colour UPVC cladding (see example photo attached). You will likely have to use some battons to install the cladding.
The size of the area is around 1.3m x 2m.
Please reply with a fixed price including materials.
Pigeon proofing solar panels
Roof has solar panels and has been fitted with pigeon spikes but pigeons are still getting under panels through certain gaps. I need gaps filling in. The house is a semi detached and the panels have been fitted too two sides
Roof replacement for mid-terrace house
1920s/30s mid-terrace roof replacement. Current roof is tiles on boards (no felt). There is a pitched section above the bay window (see photo) on the front only. The house is next to the end of terrace house and the owner of the end of terrace may consider having a roof replacement done at the same time if the cost is viable for them.
