New roof maidenhead 90m2

Approximately 90m2 of slate roof. Remove the existing roof (approximately 90m2) of slate tiles, timber battens. The inside of the tiles have spray foam insulation on them and this must be removed/sanded from any timber, rafters, Internal timber, ridge line. The reconstruct of the roof using new Tyvac breathable membrane, new tantalised timber battens fixed with galvanised clout nails and finished to the outside with new slate tiles and Marley modern ridge tiles. Make sure all lead step/cover/chimney flashing is in good order, replace if required. Dispose of all debris from the property (2 skips) I’m happy to supply materials on a labour only basis, or you can supply and fit. This work is being done for mortgage guarantee purpose, will need a guarantee and will be professional survey after work completion.
