Visible ceiling leak in upstairs room and ongoing damp in basement

Hi. We have had a survey come back on a house we are trying to buy that has identified damp both in the basement and in the ceiling upstairs indoors towards the roof. We are particularly concerned that the damp in the ceiling in one of the rooms upstairs (room with skylight) may be an indication of a more significant concealed problem with the roof terrace floor covering above not being waterproof. We need someone to come in and investigate the causation of the damp both upstairs (which may or may not be connected to a waterproofing issue on the roof) and down in the basement. The location is in Walworth in London.

Blocked ACO drain and additional subfloor vents required

Hi, I'm yet to move into the property, however I had an initial survey which stated I had rising damp. I've since had an independent damp survey and the following was found and recommended: - Clear and fully inspect the ACO drain. - Clear the blocked rear subfloor vent. - Clear the blocked front subfloor vent. - Check all existing subfloor vents to ensure they provide a clear passage into the subfloor void. - Install additional subfloor ventilation to the front and rear elevations. I'm just wondering if I could be provided with a quote to conduct the work please
