We’re currently gathering quotes for a small bathroom renovation to understand costs and see what fits within our budget. If we find the right supplier at the right price, we’d be looking to move ahead fairly quickly. This is a labour-only job. We will supply all tiles, sanitaryware, fixtures and fittings ourselves. Scope of works - Wall tiling using 600x300mm tiles - Floor tiling using 600x600mm tiles Fit new: - Bath - Toilet - Sink/vanity - Heated towel rail - Move pull cord light to outside switch - Replace light on ceiling - Make good and finish neatly to hide pipes. - The walls seem to be in good condition as there is only a small amount of current tiling. We will remove the existing tiles ourselves before work begins.
