I am looking for an experienced carpenter or flooring specialist to level the floor in my living room and corridor of a Victorian house. The total area is approximately 40 sqm.
The job will involve the following steps:
• Carefully lifting the existing ply board and floorboards to access the subfloor.
• Leveling the joists/subfloor to ensure a completely flat, structurally sound surface.
• Reinstalling the original boards.
The goal is to create a solid, creak-free, and perfectly level base.
