we recently had the pleasure of working with Leon building contractors limited, and i cant recommend them highly enough! They carried out a single story rear extension, an internal garage conversion and porch to the front of the house. On top of that they installed our new kitchen and toilet suite downstairs all finished to a high standard. From start to finish Vic and his team were amazing nothing was too much trouble and were always happy to do anything without a fuss. Their attention to detail was first class. It wasn't only us who was impressed but our neighbors commented how friendly, respectful and hard working they all were and have already asked for his contact details. Vic trade contacts also helped us with windows/bi-folds and quartz worktops all high quality at much cheaper prices i could find myself! Completed an ensuite extension to a high standard. He encountered a few issues while completing the work (as normal) however always came up with a solution to solve the problem. I thought he was very good value and I am very happy with the results. He was great to use as a sounding board with the different ideas that I had. In some ways he exceeded expectations as originally I wanted a small skylight above the shower however Jaz helped me to understand a larger one was possible. I found him very approachable and trustworthy. I would use him again which I guess is the real test of a builder / tradesman. Compared to other builders I have used, Jaz and his team are in a different class.

Really pleased with JPV Carpentry and the quality of work that they completed. Jacob was the first to respond to my posted job, offered to come over soon after and arrived promptly (doesn't sound like much, but others weren't so eager....) He offered a fair price and confirmed a start date that he stuck to. The work itself was completed to a really high standard and I couldn't have asked for more. I have a team of tradesman who cover every aspect of the building industry who I have worked with for many years who are professional and always leave a high quality finish.
We are in the last week or so of the extensive remodelling of the kitchen, utility room beyond plus bedroom upstairs. Mark Lomas and his team have been truly amazing, not just in exercising real building skills to blend the extension harmoniously with the existing Edwardian home but also in some imaginative problem solving as well. Costs have been spot on budget, save where I have caused additional work and fitting out, other than some unusual costs arising from some specialist joinery work which enabled the timber windows and doors to be exact replicas for others built 120 years ago. Honestly, I could not speak higher of the care and attention we have been given. I could get cross about the driving rain and the gruesome frosts and miserable cold, but that's a British Winter for you; Mark and his team certainly did not grizzle, and have stayed professional throughout. Circa £100k budget, so a reasonably size job and quite a risk for the builder - for my next project, I shall certainly use again in a heartbeat.Latest review:Extensions- - D.
