We also made a number of changes during the build which Zeljko was happy to accommodate, going above and beyond in doing some additional work which he wanted to do to make the overall result better including rebuilding our patio and fitting a gate for which he didn’t charge. The work was completed exactly to the original quote price wise which was extremely competitive, all of the specialist trades (electrical/plumbing etc) were very professional and like to work for Zeljko. He is a builder who clearly respects his customers and wants to do the best by them.

Get in touchMarian undertook our significant build over a 6 month period. The build required a two storey extension to the front, a single storey extension to the rear and replacement of two flat roofs with a pitched roof. The project also required a complete internal fit out, full rewire and replacement of 3 bathrooms. It was a significant project but it was delivered in time (actually 2 weeks early), on budget and to a great level of quality. We were Marian’s only project during this time and he was on site every day making sure everything was going to plan. He has a very professional team and all the tradespeople he subcontracted to were efficient, tidy and professional. He did a lot of the internal finishes himself. He kept us informed daily of his progress and openly discussed challenges and solutions. We would happily recommend his services and are very happy with the end result of the project

Chris and his team took down and old conservatory and turned it into an extension. All the team were great, even my super shy son was chatting away to the chaps after school. All works completed in the time frame and to a great standard. I took advantage by asking for other jobs while the guys were here, and Chris was so helpful. The quote was very competitive, and Dean was reliable, kept me informed, and built a porch exactly as I had imagined. This meant Dean got more work, to replace the existing driveway and front garden with block paving, install a fence where one didn't exist before, and do some fascia work on the garage.
