He fitted a B&Q kitchen and laid flooring for a fair price to a very good standard in just 3 days. This would have been quicker but B&Q messed up. He communicated with us throughout the process and was very happy to make minor adjustments to anything we asked. Declan is a very approachable young joiner and was courteous and polite throughout the entire job. You can tell he values customer service. If you get the opportunity to work with Neil and his team on any sort of building project take it with both hands! Neil and his lads have far exceeded all of my expectations, they made our two story side extension such a smooth and enjoyable process. This is our first renovation project and i was extremely nervous and uneducated about all aspects of completing an extension, However Neil took my lack of experience on board and guided me through the whole process talking me through each stage. He is a perfectionist and his work certainly reflects this, every stage of our extension has been completed to the highest of standards. We Will be having Neil back as soon as we can to complete further work for us. I would highly recommend Charlie and his team to everyone. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. They are all extremely polite and hard working. They built me a stone wall at the end of my patio, with pillars and steps leading down to my garden. Plus a small ornamental stone boarder wall for my flower beds. I think it looks lovely and has vastly improved the look of my garden.
