Hired CMB builders to do a small single story extension and fitting of our kitchen and dining room in Jan 2021. This included some structural works (taking out rear wall and inserting steel beam) and fitting bifold doors, plumbing etc. Constantin was very quick in providing a quote and explained everything over the phone. We agreed a timescale for the works which was perfect for us. Constantin and his team were punctual, respectful and considerate of both us and our neighbours, carried out the works on time, on budget and keeping us informed every step of the way. He also made regular suggestions and recommendations on the best way of approaching parts of the build. The quality of the work is excellent and we are very happy with our extension.
