I had a frustrating experience with James. From the beginning, I asked for a proper house visit so we could confirm measurements, discuss important details (like access to our underfloor heating), and agree on a fixed price. He kept avoiding a visit, which already raised some concern. Despite the lack of a final agreement or job details, he suddenly claimed the job was confirmed and even said he’d bought materials — without my approval. I never agreed to the £900 price, and I clearly said I was still waiting for a full breakdown of the work. The whole situation felt rushed, pushy, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust someone who jumps ahead without proper confirmation and ignores basic communication boundaries. Be careful!

Job completed to the standard I expected. Manu the business owner is a good seller and also a good team leader so are his team. I had three custom made wardrobes for my three bedrooms and I'm impressed with all of them.
