Hired CMB builders to do a small single story extension and fitting of our kitchen and dining room in Jan 2021. This included some structural works (taking out rear wall and inserting steel beam) and fitting bifold doors, plumbing etc. Constantin was very quick in providing a quote and explained everything over the phone. We agreed a timescale for the works which was perfect for us. Constantin and his team were punctual, respectful and considerate of both us and our neighbours, carried out the works on time, on budget and keeping us informed every step of the way. He also made regular suggestions and recommendations on the best way of approaching parts of the build. The quality of the work is excellent and we are very happy with our extension. What a wonderful crew Nick came with a couple of employees all of them very friendly very professional and he really only wanted what was best for me. A simple stonewashing turned into turfing and a patio because he suggested it. His price was the best price around. They worked hard very good communication kept me informed all the way the job is now complete and I couldn’t be happier with the work they have done. I would highly recommend if you want a professional to do the job then use Nick. My garden which was terrible before now looks like paradise. You will be hard pushed to find anybody better all hard-working. Great quality materials fantastic after-care now Nick slogan is Nick do it. I want to get him a T-shirt with that would highly recommend. Please use Nick. I promise you won’t regret it. They even hoovered my living room for me lol cleaned up after themselves perfect

We’re delighted with the work Jamie and Charlie have carried out for us. Although only a single story extension, it was complicated work with several steels and unusual roof angles to negotiate. Their workmanship and pride in taking care of the details shone throughout. We decided to stay living in the property whilst the work was carried out and they made sure we had a fully functioning temporary kitchen, with insulated temporary wall shielding us from the elements and keeping us secure. They were fantastic with the kids and we thoroughly enjoyed having them around. I’ve never known trades to be so tidy, making sure our space was totally liveable throughout the project and going above and beyond to try and keep minimal impact to us. We decided to extend the project and asked them to tidy up our garden with a fantastic new double patio, hand made wooden pergola and raised beds, and a new garden fence - all completed to their usual high standard and great advice on what would look good. We’re delighted with how it’s all turned out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others and we’ll certainly be using them for any future building projects. I cannot rate Michael and his wonderful team highly enough. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, helpful and most important extremely trustworthy. Michael provided a detailed quotation for the works and spoke through each step of the work in collaboration with myself and my site manager to ensure we were happy. On completion there were a few niggles to sort, Michael didn’t rest until everything was as we needed. He has high expectations of himself and his team and it really shone through. Bilal and his colleague have just finished digging out an area in my garden for decking tiles and they've done a fantastic job! Sloping and uneven grass is a challenge but for them it wasn't! They were extremely professional, courteous and cleared up after themselves. They even laid the weed control fabric for me, which I didn't ask them to do, they just offered! Matt and his team were reliable. Matt was really quick at responding to emails/messages/calls. We were satisfied with the quote, which Matt itemised and explained to us. Matt's enthusiasm in our quirky project to build a rollerblading path was great. He came up with good suggestions, such as the Resin material for the pathway. The work was finished on schedule and to a high standard. The Resin team came back straight away to smooth down 2 rough areas that we identified afterwards. We are so pleased with the finished job.
