Shak fit us into his schedule quickly as he was on a job near by. Extremely polite and patient while communicating with my mum who’s English isn’t great. Fixed the radiator and boiler whilst explaining what the issue is and how to avoid it going further. Even checked our other radiators which we didn’t ask him to do and ensured everything was working properly before he left. Will definitely be hiring him again for work on our property. Prime Security Installation Ltd did an excellent job. The CCTV engineer, Damon, was both professional and friendly, completing the work to my satisfaction. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism by clearly explaining his reasoning throughout the process. Additionally, he offered helpful advice on how to further protect my property. One great aspect of Prime Security is that they provide a warranty for after-installation care and support, which is labour-free. Although I haven't needed to take advantage of this yet, I feel reassured by the offer. Overall, I highly recommend Prime Security Installation!
