Costel was very attentive, hard working, communicative and stayed in-line with the schedule of works. Very happy to work to a JCT contract and staged payments. - Get in touchCOWBOYS! Absolute Nightmare! Marius left the job incomplete, after repeatedly demanding more money before completion! Not to be trusted! Workmanship wasn't as good as he would lead you to believe, I have pics & videos of: Cigarette butts in mortar. Bricklaying in the rain, not water-tight roof/felt work, drainage, unsafe electrical work which needs to be redone. Left my neighbour side of roof damaged + with a hole now for a month. Damaged door/table/gate. Of course, he denies any wrongdoing Please be very careful if you have to use this fraud. Get a FULLY detailed itemised quote! Draw up your own contract - do not use his. Do NOT ever pay CASH. Produce a schedule of works - pay him ONLY when the specific task is 100% complete - leaves lots of work unfinished but then lies claiming its complete at interim payments. Get a FIXED price for every aspect of work - do not have "TBC" or ambiguous costs - if he can charge more - he will. Do NOT use his electrician, cringeworthy attempt to "price up" a simple job and damaged roof. Buy ALL Materials yourself OR require receipts for anything he buys. Request ALL Invoices. Ensure he follows specs - offered me £250 off total job cost, if I used a inferior type of rooflight to the one required in spec. Ensure he doesn't keep rubbish on site, Hire a skip. Keep all communication on record, email, text, even voice record him as he is a pathological liar. Very dishonest, delusional and frankly embarrassing.Latest review:Extensions-

Having received quotes from 5 other builders, we decided to go with total construct as Joseph stood out from the start as being extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of building work and provided us with great ideas for our house which we did not think of. He also guided us through any issues that can came up providing us with cost effective solutions.His team are extremely hard working, they arrived at 8am everyday and worked a full day, sometimes not even taking a break. As we were moving out of our property for over 3 months, I wanted a team of builders who I could really trust and joseph was great in organising and receiving deliveries. I've worked with countless builders in the past on other projects but can honestly say that total construct are the best, their finish is to an extremely high standard.

Get in touchAfter meeting with a lot of builders, we decided to hire Zeljko and his team. We wanted a rear extension with an internal remodel. It was easily the best decision we made during this process. From the initial meeting, it was clear he was listening to our vision, making suggestions for improvements but most importantly did not try and push any of his ideas on to us. He was very patient with us after many mistakes from our external architectural designers which led to delays in the job and was very flexible with exploring ideas we had. We stayed in the house with our young children and he ensured we could continue to live comfortably which we really appreciated. Zeljko has become a friend to us as he is a very honest man with a lot of integrity. His quote was very competitive and well worth the money spent. We have recommended him to many friends who are about to begin their home extensions too.Latest review:Extensions-- Get in touchHe did the extension well, brick work is good, rendering on front of house good, terrace and wall with the neighbours good ,toilet under the stairs good, dividing wall in the living room with sliding doors good, kitchen installed good. Fence wall in front of house good brick work wrong bricks but it’s ok. Herringbone parchet wrong with gaps and lifted, rendering on the side of house wrong with marks, the new boiler took 2 months to make it work and the radiators still don’t work. Electrical work bad, after bringing another engineer to check we discovered at the boiler live cut cables that were loose and veri dangerous. Took 4 months to finish job we waited one month for the plumber who either way did a bad job. Laurentiu did not finish the job because of plumbing and rendering, and we ended in bad terms, he left us money to compensate for it. I would recommend him for extensions and any brick work, he needs to improve in pluming, electrical, flooring and rendering.Latest review:Extensions-
