He was easy to have around, always thoughtful and careful about tidying up and protecting floors etc. He gave me a reasonable quote and delivered on all of his promises. After explaining what needed doing, he replaced my broken tiles within a few hours and came back two days later with his colleague to demoss my roof, which was the underlying cause of my leak.
