Josh Spence did a wonderful job. Unlike many others who quoted, he climbed up there to look at the remaining ridge tiles and check their condition too. He found cracks that could not have been seen by looking from the pavement. (They were real cracks - I saw the tiles that he brought down). He also had a close look at the roof tiles which had been damaged when the ridge tiles bounced down on them during the storm and he replaced all of the cracked ones, including those with hairline cracks that could not have been seen from the pavement. Other people only quoted for repairing the damage caused by the storm - Josh also did several other small jobs that we had not been able to get anyone round to do. Then he came out on Easter Saturday to do the work - he is so busy that he can't take Easter off. He cleared everything up afterwards. I would not have faith in people who look from the pavement and guess. Josh had a closer look, so knew what he was quoting for.Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-

Excellent, first class job. My flat roof had been left unsafe and unsealed by previous roofer (Kingdom Roofline) causing extensive damage through flooding. Robert from Cooper & Grant is meticulous in his work, ensured the roof structure was safe, added new edge curbs, refelted the whole area and added trims to the fascia boards, aesthetically looking great. Robert explained the whole process, is reliable and competitively priced. I would highly recommend Cooper & Grant to people needing roof work done, professional and experts in their trade.
