Alex explained each step of the repair and went into good detail on the method and materials used. Alex was able to do the job at the earliest opportunity, weather permitting. All rubbish was removed from the property as promised. Alex also assisted us with an assessment and clean of our guttering which was very much appreciated. The contracted work was left unfinished. They made mistakes such as using unsuitable materials causing water ingress. They promised to finish and repair, but haven’t, and it has been nearly three months since I paid the full invoice. The roof fills with water. They frequently do not show up when they promise. When they do come they leave making promises but without doing the agreed work. My emails and messages requesting completing the repairs are ignored. I paid fully in good faith, unfortunately. I have received quotations for 850 Pounds to finish and rectify the issues, from external building companies who have inspected the work done by Storm Seal. I have received yet another promise that they will come to do the work. I would be happy to amend this review should the situation be resolved satisfactory.Latest review:Roofing (Flat)-
