Jordan was really knowledgable and took the time to assess the work without trying to get us to pay for extra things we might not need. “This is most likely to be the issue, start by fixing that and then only do other things if you need to”. He did the work to a high standard and came back to finish the mortar around the chimney when more of the old mortar than he’d expected came off initially- he even filled in some cracks around the chimney pots with the mortar he had left over which was really appreciated. He was also able to fit us in at the weekend meaning we didn’t have to wait long. The only improvement point would be around organisation and planning. On two occasions we were expecting him and he didn’t come (one was due to being called out to an emergency roof repair and the other due to forgetting)- he apologised profusely on both occasions but it would be worth using a calendar and reminders to avoid this in future. Otherwise we’re very happy with the work and no longer have a leak now that we have new flashing on our chimney so would recommend Jordan.

When I requested help for my guttering to be put back up, this company was one of the choices that came up as being interested in carrying out the job for me so I messaged asking for a quote (as David was close to where I live and his previous feedback was positive). He phoned me within 10 minutes of me leaving the message with a very reasonable quote which I appreciated. He organised the job to be done last Sunday and two of his employees came and did the job on Tuesday (just two days after our phone call). They did a great job and because my guttering wasn’t up to scratch to just put back up, they used their own material and didn’t charge us any more. We paid them cash but they also accept BACS/card. I would definitely use David and his company again should the guttering at the back fall down next time.

Excellent work, would highly recommend Gwyn. A lovely person who will listen to yours ideas and what you need done and then organise and do it. No hesitation to recommend him 100%. After fitting the kitchen he did more work (walk in Wardrobe) and boxing in which was of the very highest standard. Flexible with other tradesmen and always turned up on time. I am hoping he is free to do more jobs for me.

Very pleased with Pawel’s work. He responded to my posting very quickly and came the next morning to diagnose the cause of my leak. After explaining what needed doing, he replaced my broken tiles within a few hours and came back two days later with his colleague to demoss my roof, which was the underlying cause of my leak. They were very polite, were tidy and cleaned up after they had finished. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.
