All parts were finished to a high standard, with Mark spending extra time to get something just right, beyond my expectations. He and his team spent extra care to prevent disruptions to our existing building next door, which was more work for them but appreciated massively by us. All works were quoted for and agreed in advance so there were no unpleasant disagreements at the end of the work. All works were completed on time with excellent communications throughout. I agree with another reviewer: in addition to the quality of his work, one of the key things that sets Mark apart from other people we’ve worked with previously, is the degree to which we felt we could trust him. He kept us informed throughout and we always felt he was being completely honest.
