Clearly was taking too much work on and didn't have the time to dedicate to the job. Texted me the next day to say he wouldnt come back. wanted to be paid daily although the project was on a price. It wasn’t an easy job: a fairly small kitchen in an old house with a number of constraints that had to be worked around (such as a floor mounted boiler that I couldn’t afford to have changed). The whole process, from design through quotation and installation was faultless and Sue and James were on hand throughout the whole process Rob, the fitter was brilliant, and he organised the plastering, tiling, flooring and electrics Everything was carried out in a friendly, professional and positive manner - at the start of each day (promptly at 8am) Rob would update me on the progress to date, and what was planned for that day. I was quite happy to go out and leave the guys to get on with it. I had originally looked at the major high street players and thought that a small independent company would probably be too expensive. However, WSK proved to be competitively priced, and I ended up with effectively a bespoke kitchen with a level of service that I doubt whether I would have got from the big players. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and to a high standard. Matt coordinated the various different tradespeople involved in the work very well and his communication with us was good throughout. Matt was accommodating of our requests and always willing to answer questions and talk through options with us. He let us know each time any requests or decisions we made would impact on the cost so we had no nasty surprises when the final invoice came in.
