From removing old and replacement. Camera surveys with written summaries. Building of manholes Foundation dig outs concrete pours. Concrete slabs or bases. As well as demolition and dismantle. Ground reduction reinstatement. Fencing patios and decking.
Soil pipe installation. It appeared to be a simple task of digging a trench and lay a soil pipe. Not the case because the concrete and footings were deeper than expected. Alex worked incredibly hard breaking up the concrete, digging the trench and laying the soil pipe. When it came to joining at an existing “Y” section Building control suggested an Inspection chamber, unfortunately it wasn’t possible so Alex very carefully broke into the main manhole and set the new pipe. Building control were very impressed and it passed inspection. When he came across unexpected problems he worked around them without fuss or drama and always had a solution. Alex undertook our project, that turned a little problematic, with a professional and calm approach. He arrived on time and worked hard all day with very few breaks. He was always courteous and kept us well informed throughout, his knowledge is exceptional. It was a pleasure meeting and getting to know Alex. We would thoroughly recommend him.

Darren came out to quote for underground drainage works. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave a competitive quote for the works after clearly explaining the different ways of doing the job. Came back and did a great job, clean and tidy work. I selected Martin for my fairly substantial 7x6m massively reinforced garage raft based on my initial meeting with him when he came to quote, and of course the positive reviews on here. Which I am happy to say now that he has neared the end of my job, I can also award him with a 5 star review. Martin knows his stuff when it comes to groundwork and operating an excavator! He is a very pleasant guy and a pleasure to work with. He was always on time, turned up every day he said that he would, and always told you what his plans were during the job. Its difficult to find someone in the trades that you can trust and feel confident to leave to do the job. I can say I haven't had to worry like this with Martin. If you need any groundwork done, then just go with this guy, he wont let you down and wont rip you off. I'll gladly be requesting him to work for me again, and already have him lined up with some more work next year! Joe was recommended to lay patio and path paving and line garden walls with Cotswold stone around our new house. He worked for day rates at weekends, was reliable and hardworking and always advised me of any schedule changes in advance. He was good to work with, brought other people to help with the job when required and his work was tidy and competent. I will be asking him to complete additional works around the outside of the house when the time comes.Latest review:
