Get in touchQuality of work - this was excellent. Matthew worked with us to understand the desired aesthetic for the job, and ensured that appropriate materials were sourced/used to create an appropriate finish. I am a self-confessed perfectionist and I found his attention to detail to be very satisfactory. Punctuality/communication - Matthew was very responsive during the quote stage, and took time to answer all my questions and to quote for various options. Once the job had started he arrived just after 8.00am each day and kept in touch as necessary. I made sure to speak to Matthew each morning to discuss the project and to update him of any changes we had decided the previous evening, to which he was always very receptive. Tidiness - I was under no illusion about the dust about to be created during the work, as it was to take place in our living room which opens directly to the kitchen and stairs. We prepared the room thoroughly ourselves with floor protection and a sealed plastic curtain barrier, and I’m therfore unable to comment on Matthew’s prep other than he arrived with dust sheets in hand ready to prep the room for the work himself. He left the room neat and swept at the end of each day, and at the end of the job he swept up thoroughly and took up the protective cardboard we had laid on the floor, and screwed sockets back to the wall.
