Very flexible when it came to timings as we had a small issue with the underlay delivery. Harry arrived promptly and installed carpet and did a very good job. Went to his shop to discuss the requirement, quoted £1500 for the entire work. 2 weeks later as discussed, came and completed the job, but started asking for £1750 despite the fact nothing additional was done rather they left the boiler cabinet undone. When I said I can only pay £1500 as discussed he abused me to no end. Needless to say, I would never recommend them to anyone. Work quality: Did not do the boiler cabinet (picture attached, grey carpet is new installation, beige is old). Left the entire rubbish of installation in the rooms. Took me 2 hours to vaccum and clean everything. Additionally, now two months in and the floor creaks more than earlier because of how they fit the carpet. At least I got new carpets, but got abuse for free. Thanks for the unpleasant experience to make me understand how to deal with traders.
