I knew that converting a downstairs cloakroom and an understairs cupboard into a downstairs cloakroom with a shower unit might be asking the impossible, but Kerry achieved it. Not only that, the outcome exceeded our expectations. Where possible, Kerry used existing fittings, e.g toilet; overcoming the difficulties of working in a confined space with cheerfulness. We now have a comfortable shower/cloakroom, plus some storage space.

I Cant find any fault with the work, speed, tidiness of Tom and his brothers, all very friendly and polite, it was a pleasure having them do the job after previously having a very dodgy builder from this site. Christian was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very high attention to detail and flexible according to how the job evolved. We ended up replacing the tray and enclosure in addition to adding a new shower unit. We also replaced the shower screen in the other bathroom. In addition we had some stone tiles replaced and some repaired in the kitchen. This involved working around the underfloor heating, part of which had to be repaired. The main benefit of working with Christian is that he does not refer back to his assumptions and adjust the cost, he makes a commitment and works with what he finds. He is also very funny.

David McGill from Dm Brickwork and his team built a Garage on the side of my house for me they have done a fantastic job exceeded my expectations. The guys are really nice friendly and professional. They helped my disabled wife move her car in and out of the drive as she couldn’t and even helped her in with the shopping. I will be asking them to come back to build a patio in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs building work done.

The work that he and his team completed was delivered to an excellent standard but on top of the first rate workmanship Adam’s communication with us was great throughout. He helped to guide us through the process and practicalities of doing a big extension with understanding and patience which, for first time renovators, was invaluable.
