Adam arrived on time, he has good professional manners and answered all questions thoroughly. He gave good advice regarding gas safety check. He is hardworking, assessed the boiler and did all relevant checks before he started work. Unfortunately the pump on the boiler needs replacement. Thanks to Adam for investigating the issue thoroughly and offering a solution. I will definitely hire him again and I highly recommend if anyone needs a highly qualified, experienced Gas Engineer, Adam is the man for the job, I felt very comfortable with him. Came out within an hour to help with our broken boiler in - 3°C in the evening on a weekend and was very reasonable with his fee. 5 star service, very knowledgeable and personable. I would give George 10 stars if I could. He is so reliable, knowledgeable and his attention to detail and time keeping are bar none. He travelled 38 miles to our job and spent the whole weekend working on our central heating system/boiler and left us with adequate heating overnight.
