Martin and his team are exceptional. We had two lots of bad builders and they saved the day for us. They worked their socks off and went way over and above our expectations. Martin was a joy to have around owing to his good humour and cheerful positive attitude and Joe and Matt worked quietly and calmly in the background supporting him. Our extension and kitchen have been completed to a very high standard of workmanship to budget and timescale agreed. They have turned our nightmare from our previous builders into a dream come true. We cannot recommend them highly enough and have already done so to somebody we know. We will continue to do so and won't hesitate to call them again in future. we recently had the pleasure of working with Leon building contractors limited, and i cant recommend them highly enough! They carried out a single story rear extension, an internal garage conversion and porch to the front of the house. On top of that they installed our new kitchen and toilet suite downstairs all finished to a high standard. From start to finish Vic and his team were amazing nothing was too much trouble and were always happy to do anything without a fuss. Their attention to detail was first class. It wasn't only us who was impressed but our neighbors commented how friendly, respectful and hard working they all were and have already asked for his contact details. Vic trade contacts also helped us with windows/bi-folds and quartz worktops all high quality at much cheaper prices i could find myself! Richard and Andrew were excellent from beginning to end. The estimates were accurate and they came in on budget and finished on time. The work was done to an excellent standard with great attention to detail and no cutting of corners. They were considerate and helpful and tidied up at the end of each day. They were also friendly and we had many comments from our neighbours about how friendly and pleasant they were. They were also very helpful with last-minute changes that we needed and made suggestions for how things could be done better and more cost effectively. They even looked after our dog during the day, letting her out when we were not home. I would recommend R. After the owner retired, and the firm closed, I branched out as a self employed builder 10 years ago. Over the last 17 years, I have carried out general building work, brick and flint specialist work, conversion, extensions, maintenance, porches, patios, lime work etc.
Lee put in a wooden porch at the front of the house for me. I was really impressed with his level of professionalism - always on time; replying to messages in a timely manner; started and finished work without any delays; and was always accommodating and polite. The job itself was completed to a high standard.
