They completed the entire project in record 6 weeks and the overall project was done ahead of deadline with excellent craftsmanship. - Get in touchI recently had a pleasure of working with Leszek on a loft conversion, and i can not reccommend him highly enough. The project has now been completed, and i am thrilled with the results. From the outset, Leszek and his team demonstrated an incredible level of proffesionalism and skill. The work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, and i trully appreciate the attention to detail that was evident throughout the entire process. The team was onsite from Monday to Friday and often saturdays aswell, demonstrating their commitment to meeting deadlines. Payments were structured in a way that i only paid for completed portions of work, adding to my overall satisfaction with the finansial aspect of the project. In summary, my experience with Leszek has been nothing short of excellent. I would not hessitate to recomend him to anyone considering building work, and i am already looking forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you Leszek for transforming my loft!

They were very professional throughout the whole process and gave clear, thorough information on the work they'd carry out for me ahead of the job going ahead. Their quote was also extremely fair and I'm very pleased I chose them for the job. The work was carried out very efficiently and professionally, and my loft has been transformed into a large storage room and is now far more functional, helped by the installation of a light and new ladder, in addition to better insulation. I can't thank Jake and his team enough and it was a pleasure to use them for the work. I'm also very thankful that they travelled as far they did as I am not local for them! Get in touchI knew that converting a downstairs cloakroom and an understairs cupboard into a downstairs cloakroom with a shower unit might be asking the impossible, but Kerry achieved it. Not only that, the outcome exceeded our expectations. Where possible, Kerry used existing fittings, e.g toilet; overcoming the difficulties of working in a confined space with cheerfulness. We now have a comfortable shower/cloakroom, plus some storage space.

Get in touchThe relationship with the boys was excellent until near the end of the contract, when it turned a little sour. To ensure a fair review, I am writing this almost a year after the job was completed. The structural work undertaken was of a high standard, but sadly finishing off left something to be desired. Once they had received the bulk of their money, they were less keen on dealing with snagging and argued over quite a few elements. They do know what they are doing and were helpful in resolving problems. On the flip side they were keen to find reasons to add extras to their bills. Extras tended to be priced much higher than the main contract and they were never negotiable. They relied on third party contractors for roofing, electricals, plumbing and some plastering. A few bits and pieces of the roof slate hanging was less satisfactory and was never resolved. They stuck to their agreed contract prices, and only when we asked for extras, or extras became essential, was the price increased. The initial contract was priced fairly and competitively, but not cheap. Whilst I have marked this review as overall positive, for the reasons stated above, I'm not sure that I would use them again, and I would have difficulty in recommending them. My advice to others would be to ensure that you retain a significant retention of 10% to 15% for all the work until 6 months after the end of the contract, to ensure finishing off is completed to an acceptable standard.Latest review:Loft Conversion-
