Currently undergoing a large refurbishment project in Exeter and was let down by another contractor who was booked in to knock down two load-bearing walls and install 4 steels. Piers was in contact as soon as I posted the MyBuilder ad and agreed to meet at short notice on Saturday morning. Piers & Lee fortunately were able to start on the following Monday and was extremely impressed with their experience and expertise not only with the installation of the steels, but other areas of my renovation too. They have really prevented my project from hitting a wall and would highly recommend them to others - I will be using them again in the future for sure..! Thanks Piers & Lee ! I used EBSW as the main contractor to install a new bathroom and separate toilet, as well as replastering some of the downstairs rooms. Prior to starting any work I met with Tom, and we talked through the different jobs, I was immediately impressed. We talked through different options and finishes and he took the time to explain each of the options. During the work we discovered an issue with damp, which turned a simple replastering job into something much more involved, again we talked through the options, and as it worked out he managed the different trades resulting in minimal additional hours (and cost). Throughout the building work, not only did Tom maintain my house as a tidy site, but he also ensured that disruption was minimised to the neighbours.
