Really liked Seb from the moment we me him and after receiving the quote we decided to go ahead. Within weeks he and his team were ready to start, right at the time we were going on holiday for two weeks! We were a little nervous not being here but we needn’t have been because Seb sent us pictures and videos every day; he communicated with us throughout the whole process. Seb is an excellent builder who really cares about his clients; the work has been outstanding and we are over the moon with the end result.

Mario guided me through the process helping find a structural engineer and notifying building control. The job itself was effortlessly done by Watford construction (Mario and his team). From start to finish, Dan and his crew exhibited a level of professionalism, talent and dedication exceeded our expectations. Despite facing the wettest January-March period on record, Dan and his hard-working team persevered. The team, reaching 12 heads on some days, worked tirelessly utilising three diggers & dumpers and a mammoth 13-tonne excavator. Despite the complexity of the project and the inclement weather, they maintained a high standard of workmanship, ensuring that each aspect of the project was executed with precision and attention to detail. Aside from their skillset, their honesty, kindness and consideration is exceptional. While the project experienced slight delays, primarily due to harsh rainy days, they remained transparent and kept us informed every step of the way. I can not recommend them enough, they are simply outstanding.
We couldn't rate George and his team highly enough, and will have them back in a heart beat to do any future work for us! Their work was all completed to a high standard and you can really tell that they care and pride in what they do. Our project evolved from what was originally scoped, but this didn't phase them at all and managed to accommodate the extra work required in order for us to get the end result we required. Throughout the whole process (which could have been very overwhelming for us!), George kept us updated on all progress and always clearly communicated and recommended what he thought would be the best solution within our budget and timeframes. Thanks again!!

Latest review:Conversions - General-Really pleased with the work completed, load bearing wall knocked down, replastered and 7 radiators replaced with new ones that are different sizes, 2 were moved to different locations. Lowest quote we got and completed everything we wanted, neat and tidy. Would highly recommend and will use again for more work needed!
