I have been within the building industry for some 27 years and have been qualified in several trades for some considerable time.I have undertaken design and build projects commercially and domestically as well as a planned and reactive Multi tradesman positions for various company's including ROK / DAWNUS / CIRCLE BRITANNIA / LEADBITTERS and CONNAUGHTS. I'm also a qualified tutor in Plastering / Bricklaying / tiling and 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry! PETTLS/CETTLS and DETTLS.

Most of work at the moment consists of maintenance for landlords. All our work is to the highest standard with experienced trades seeing every project to the end. I maintain over 140 properties in the Plymouth area alone and have pictures and references to show the quality of service and work we do. We have over 30 years experience in damp, water restoration and ventilation in all types of buildings. We charge a set fee of £60 + VAT to complete a full house survey with recommendations and costs to implement in the Cornwall and Devon Area. If you proceed with any works with us we refund this report in full.
