Is avoiding investigating an issue with the new unit fitted. Replaced an old worn out toilet flusher unit in a family bathroom, all seemed like a job well done and would have been happy to hire again. A couple of months on it’s developed a leak into the bowl, I tried getting in touch by email, MyBuilder message and phone for it to be checked out as it’s wasting water and causing issues in a house with two young children. Eventually got a message back suggesting it’s debris issue caused by in-cistern cleaning blocks, which I do not use, and I’ve already checked for debris. Now ignoring my messages and has not investigated the problem with the unit he installed.
