Worked on site for big building companies, also done some small jobs including repairing walls, and building new garden walls and garages etc. Please consider me as a role for your job, I am slowly building ip my business and reputation. I do not over charge and will meet happy medium, I know how hard living costs can be these days! I enjoy my work and I tend to take my time so it is up to standards.

Mark and his sidekick Brandon were absolutely brilliant the work they have done is first class. They removed all the old pointing which included some silicone that I had put in to try and alleviate the damp. This was difficult and time consuming but they persevered and removed it all. We are delighted with the end result and Mark was not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for and we chose him because of his knowledge of lime mortar pointing. He was the only one that mentioned the vital use of hessian. The price we paid was well worth it considering the end result. If you cut corners and go for cheap then expect what you get. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up every evening. Can’t recommend them highly enough. They take pride in their work. No point in uploading image as scaffolding still in situ.

From the start Liam’s communication was excelllent. Regular check ins even before starting. Once started they were on time, polite, offered great help and suggestions to building our stone wall. The wall needed to be perfect as it’s the road side of our house and we couldn’t be happier. I can wholeheartedly recommend Houlahan Builders. Thanks guys

Steve and his team did a superb job in converting our garage to an en-suite bedroom. He always ensured we were kept informed of their progress, and always turned up as promised. Steve and his team made sure they tidied and cleaned as they went along, meaning we had no mess. He even worked several weekends to ensure the job was completed on time. His price was very reasonable. We also felt that he and his team treated us with respect. Since the work has been completed, we have had numerous complements on the conversion, and we could not be happier.

Couldn't fault MDC construction at all. Great workmanship, always arrived when stated, communicated and asked questions throughout the job and discussed ways of completing the job to my satisfaction. At the end of the working day the area was cleaned to a high standard. The final price was actually cheaper than quoted so honesty is also a quality they have. Really good son and father team, would definitely use them again.

I need a reliable gardener as been let down in the past, and Sam has turned up when promised, messaged you keep me informed of planned visits and he charges a fair fee and will give a quote for larger jobs rather than charging an hourly.
