Karl, has been amazing, and the workmanship top notch. The build came in on budget, and he has since completed work to my hall, stairs and landing. Karl was an utter professional, he explained what was going on at each stage and what he was going to do to achieve it. When changes were made, it was always discussed as such I relied on his vast knowledge before making a decision. His eye to detail, was and is something I admired and as I was working from home I got to watch him at his work, he had great patience explaining what he was doing to a nosey customer that was always seeking an answer - thank you. I would recommend him to anyone, he constructed, and decorated the extension, he later laid an oak herringbone floor. He also completed the wood panelling in my hallway from a previous job that had fallen through.

I was quite concerned before we started this job about the stresses of an extension with other things that were happening in my family life. Alan was a star from the beginning, he has always done what he said he would, he has set our minds at rest at each step of the process and kept us informed throughout. The costs were what he said at the beginning unless we negotiated otherwise. The boys on site were fantastic, I have two young children and they were lovely with them as well. The build went really smoothly and I can honestly say they have done a brilliant job, we are thrilled with the final build and it has made a huge difference to our lives. Absolutely fantastic all round.

Tom worked on our bungalow (a different property to the one mentioned here) for just over 3 years carrying out a complete rennovation of the property, as well as building a large single-storey extension. The property was re-designed leading to several new rooms, including a large kitchen/diner, 2 additional bedrooms, a playroom, a study and a third bathroom. Every room was completely renovated from floor to ceiling and all existing woodwork was replaced. The central heating system and electrics were also upgraded. The attention to detail was second to none and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. The costings were transparent and Tom kept us up to date on all expenditure throughout the duration of the project. The project stayed within budget which is a credit to Tom's financial planning. We were very pleased with the end result and would strongly recommend Tom. I used EBSW as the main contractor to install a new bathroom and separate toilet, as well as replastering some of the downstairs rooms. Prior to starting any work I met with Tom, and we talked through the different jobs, I was immediately impressed. We talked through different options and finishes and he took the time to explain each of the options. During the work we discovered an issue with damp, which turned a simple replastering job into something much more involved, again we talked through the options, and as it worked out he managed the different trades resulting in minimal additional hours (and cost). Throughout the building work, not only did Tom maintain my house as a tidy site, but he also ensured that disruption was minimised to the neighbours. Thank you so much Ian and Chris for doing a great job fitting our kitchen worktops and especially for fitting us in before Christmas! Our worktops were delayed by 2 weeks and we really thought we’d be entertaining on Christmas Day with no sink or work tops, but Ian was so understanding and managed to fit us in the day before Christmas Eve despite having already broken up for Christmas. On top of being so great about the rescheduling, our worktops were fitted perfectly, and Chris and Ian were brilliant, just got on with the job and left everything tidy. We’ve already got another project lined up in the new year that we hope to book in with Ian. Thank you again, Charlie & Andy
