My self and my colleague Joe have collective experience of 40+ years in Bricklaying works between construction sites, domestic properties and the railway. Our recent projects have ranged mainly from garden walls, footings (block and brick work up to Damp Course Height) and repairs to arches, bridges and railway structures. I served a full 3 year apprenticeship with a company called 'Period Restorations Ltd' where I continued to work for a further 3 years gaining a lot of experience in all areas of the building industry before starting up on my own. During my 6 years in period restoration I have undertaken a lot of work on period properties for reclaimed bricks to stone and flint walling, using lime mortars and re-points. I also undertake all aspects of ground work including landscaping and drainage.
