I also had one extra job that I hadn't mentioned before he arrived which he took on that day. He worked so hard and did such a great job. With a young family still living in the house, their professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, advice and attention to detail meant they kept disruption and intrusion into the rest of the home to a minimum and we were able to continue life without too much disruption. I have a multitude of photos of the build throughout which show the excellent standard that they worked to every day which can be supplied on request. Craig offered objective advice based on experience throughout and although he clearly always strives for perfection, was never pushy for us to make a decision to use a high end product over something that was more affordable or suitable. Our newly laid herringbone parquet oak floor is the talk of the street and is a testament to their skill and attention to detail. The finished rooms we have now far exceed our expectations of design and quality and that is largely down to Craig's advice and the experience and skill of him and his team. Craig was also instrumental in keeping me calm in many situations when dealing with suppliers and offered sound advice without judgement.
