The standard of work is excellent and very tidy and the whole team are very friendly and approachable. Really pleased with the job which was on time and budget. We initially contacted Scott for a quote to build a front porch. At the beginning, communication was clear and helpful, which gave us confidence to proceed with additional work. Scott and his team started several jobs including building the porch, decorating the lounge, refurbishing the ground floor shower, touching up the kitchen floor, changing the wall tiles in the first-floor bathroom, and plumbing/fitting a jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly during the project. The work was left incomplete and Scott stopped responding to our calls and messages before the agreed work was finished. Despite multiple attempts to contact him and arrange completion of the remaining work, we have received no response. While the initial communication and some of the work carried out were positive, leaving a project unfinished and ignoring the client is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this builder.

So delighted with the finished room, Jay had some great ideas and could visualise how it would look, which exceeded my expectations. Jay and Rhys are both highly skilled and very good at what they do, in particular the plastering and finished render looks fantastic. These works have transformed the outside area for me and with the patio laid to a high specification too I can’t wait to start using the garden again. Jay added steps and a low level wall that I hadn’t considered for the path and patio and this was so great to see as I hadn’t anticipated these elements looking so good. Thank you Jay and Rhys, really pleased with how it all came together. (I have also asked for some further works to be done based on my experience so far)

These guys are amazing. Fixed up two bathrooms to a really high standard at a very reasonable price. Went out of their way to make sure I was delighted with the end result - including doing some extras like levelling off the floor and replacing a bath panel. Plus they were a delight to have in the house - tidy and cheerful. Job done within a few days. Would recommend to anyone.

The extension does look very good and friends and family have said so too. I think the builders were good people and the structure of the extension was built well. There are small bits I think could have been handled or finished better though. There was a disagreement over the position of the traffic door on the bifold doors. The position was amended but we have no magnet to stop the traffic door from swinging. I asked for it to be fixed but emails were ignored. We had some doors hung internally and the latches were not fitted for all of the doors. Alot of wood filler was needed on the doors frames too as the fitter did not do this. The pipes behind the basin in the bathroom are too close to the wall and had to be angled to the taps instead of sitting straight. The toilet cistern is also so close to the wall that the lid doesn't fit properly. The pipe from the washing machine to the outside was very loose and had to be replaced. There was also quite a wait for a grabber truck to come and clear the building waste away. I think the skylight looks great and so does the kitchen, although I was disappointed to be given the quote to fit the kitchen the day before it was done. I felt like we had to have it done and could not shop around to see if we could get a better deal. I would recommend them overall as I think they did a good job on the shell of the extension and use good quality materials. We particularly liked Dave and Nick, who worked methodically and were v nice.
