Get in touchSo glad I found Tom, after having an issue caused whilst fitting a ring doorbell, and was possibly going to have to move the ring doorbell and therefore be left with four holes showing in the brickwork. Tom managed to resolve the issue, leaving me with a well fitted ring doorbell, and saved me from not having to have it moved elsewhere. I am over the moon. He also helped me set up the ring doorbell, making sure it worked okay before he left. Tom was very punctual on arrival. He is very kind, polite and takes pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family and will definitely use him again. However, here is how I rate the firm: 1) Friendliness = 100% 2) Skill and ability to find solutions to complex problems =100% 3) Execution = 80% ( 20% was deducted because the forgot to fill one of the holes that were created). 4) Price =They will not be the cheapest but they made me happiest after listening to the plans of other teams. I think they are capable of delivering value for money for those ready to pay for something better.
