I found that i really enjoyed building furniture for family and friends so i decided to give up some of my time to potential customers that also require furniture assembly and a professional service from a friendly and professional individual. I work on my motorbike so i have a garage full of tools ready to get the job done.
Get in touchShane has done a great job assembling a large set of Besta units (with downlighters and glass doors) in the kitchen-diner and a Pax wardrobe with Skytta sliding doors in the second bedroom. We knew the sliding doors in particular would be challenging (and so it turned out) but Shane got it done. As Shane says, he's going to come and go on his motorbike so if there's things like bits of wood or battens needed, you're probably going to need to anticipate these and get them in ready for him. Apart from that, he's going to be bring all his tools and basic stuff that doesn't come in the IKEA boxes. Shane works methodically, you can leave him to crack on with it; he'll let you know if he needs anything.
